If you are filling between 40% and 80% of your active roles and want to increase this, then this course is for you.

Session 1: Tues 18th Feb @ 1pm AEST: Mastering the Job Brief & Effective Interview Prep
In this session, we’ll start by diving into the essentials of taking a thorough Job Brief. You’ll learn how to gather all necessary information, lay out clear expectations, and establish precise timelines that set the foundation for successful placements.
From there, we'll move on to Effective Interview Preparation & Feedback. We’ll cover how to prep both clients and candidates for interviews, ensuring everyone is on the same page and that the process is smooth and effective. By mastering these steps, you'll be able to better control the recruitment process and increase your fill rate significantly.
In this session, we’ll tackle one of the most challenging parts of the recruitment process—handling counter offers.
We’ll discuss how to pre-close candidates to set the stage for a successful offer and reduce surprises down the line.
You’ll also gain strategies for effective Offer Management that ensure your placements stick, as well as post-placement care to keep candidates and clients happy. By adding these elements to your toolkit, you’ll not only increase your fill rate but also strengthen long-term relationships.
