For us, a good plan will be a reflection and analysis of what has worked, what hasn’t and where the market is at currently. Then it’s about defining overarching year goals before zoning in on the activity that will get you there based on your own previous performance. We then need to scale this back to Quarters, months & weeks.

Effective forward planning:  A step by step on how to map our your Year, Quarters , Months & weeks to hit your goals & hold yourself accountable.
