October Session: Ratios to work towards: What to track/How to track, monitor & target to increase your billings
“Activity leads to the results” – that statement is thrown around a lot. But activity for activities sake will see you spinning around in circles. Even if you are doing a volume of it! This is where ratios come in.
By tracking and monitoring your ratios, you will be able to hone in on areas of development and pinpoint areas of your recruitment process, that if improved, will have the biggest impact to your desk & billings. The goal of monitoring and refining your ratios is to do less and get better results.
One of many ratios we will be going through is your fill rate. By increasing your fill rate by 10-20% you can have a HUGE impact on your billings. This is one of the many ratios we need to tracking & refining. Not just doing more activity!
