Idea generation and the buyer persona. Workshop where the ideas come from, templates to generate an industry insight piece and an industry report template you can reuse. Practical coursework to get a first draft of your value add.
Embed into your BD activity
How to introduce value add into your BD activity, structure a simple roll-out plan, choose touchpoints and measure whether it’s working. The session finishes with a clear roll-out template you can apply to a live BD list.
