I’d been managing recruitment agencies for years, growing an agency from 20 to 55, and even started and sold two of my own. During that time, I had external trainers come in to upskill my team.
Most of them didn’t land. The advice was generic, outdated, and usually delivered by people who hadn’t sat at a recruitment desk for years.
That’s why I created Hume Scope. A training and advisory business built by a high performing recruiter, for recruiters.
Over the past five years, we’ve trained more than 4,000 recruiters and leaders across Australia, helping agencies lift performance, BD consistency, and leadership capability.
Now, we’re focusing on what we do best: high-impact, tailored work with a small cohort of agencies that genuinely want to improve.

Behind the scenes of every successful business is an even more successful support team. Our support team encompasses Administrators, Customer Service, Marketing, & Database Support. These teams are headed by our wonderful support team leaders.
Anne keeps everything running behind the scenes, managing logistics, client onboarding, scheduling, and support. With a background in operations and client care, she ensures every operations project we take on runs smoothly and every client feels looked after.
Jen owns and optimises the systems that power our business. She’s a whizz with data and keeping everything reliable and working efficiently.
Working closely with Ez, she not only manages internal CRMs and systems, but she also leads our client database projects, including CRM administration, database building and enrichment, data hygiene, automations, reporting and documentation. Running weekly audits, improving data accuracy, implementing reliable workflows across Bullhorn and Outlook, and turning complex data into clear dashboards that drive activity.
