THE CHALLENGE

Running a recruitment agency can be isolating. You’re the one driving growth, managing people, and solving problems, often without peers who truly get it.

The result? Decision fatigue. Lack of accountability. Growth that feels reactive instead of strategic.

That’s why we built The Hume Scope Collective. A space for recruitment leaders to reset, refocus, and grow alongside others doing the same.

THE AGENCY OWNER COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE

Each quarter, you’ll join a small (Group of 10), curated group of agency owners at a similar stage of growth. Together, we’ll set quarterly goals, meet regularly to stay on track, and finish each quarter to reflect, celebrate wine, and draft a clear plan for the next.

How It Works

Quarterly Kick-Off (In Person)

We start each quarter with a 2-hour in-person roundtable to set your goals, priorities, and key focus areas for the next 90 days.

Monthly Accountability Sessions (2 x 2 hours)

Two focused sessions designed to keep momentum and provide structure, support, and problem solving as you work toward your quarterly goals.

  • Sessions are held in person, alternating between Sydney and Melbourne.
  • Can’t make it live? Join via Zoom so you never miss a session.

Ongoing Support

Stay connected between sessions through a private chat channel, share wins, ask for input, and keep each other accountable. You’ll also get access to our Resource Library (80+ templates, tools, and cheat sheets) to help you implement faster.

Group Size

Maximum of 10 agency leaders per cohort. Small enough for depth, big enough for diverse insight.
