In this course, designed for experienced recruiters, we take your existing skills and refine them to drive engagement with both candidates and clients, improve your time management, and give you the advanced strategies needed to become an expert in your market. You’ll learn how to leverage your expertise to become more efficient, influence client decisions, and increase both satisfaction and referrals. The strategies we’ll cover are designed to improve the quality & success of your work, while allowing you to grow your reputation as a market leading consultant.

Breakdown

4 x live online sessions over 4 weeks, with additional coursework to support you with embedding the learnings.
Session 1: Tues 6th May @ 11am (Melb/Syd time): Passive Candidate Engagement
Master the art of engaging with passive candidates who haven’t yet considered a new role. In this session, you’ll learn how to identify and connect with high-caliber passive talent using advanced market insights, outreach tools, and relationship building techniques.
Session 2: Tues 13th May @ 11am (Melb/Syd time): Winning Business
This session covers the strategies you need to position yourself as a market leader in your client conversations. Learn how to build stronger relationships and grow your client base by developing a deep understanding of client pain points and tailoring solutions that demonstrate your expertise.
Session 3: Tues 20th May @ 11am (Melb/Syd time): Controlling the Process
In this session, we focus on ensuring every stage of the process is managed efficiently. How to move candidates and clients through the process with minimal friction and maximum buy-in. Managing candidate expectations and overcoming objections early on in the process.
Session 4: Tues 27th May @ 11am (Melb/Syd time): Account Management
In this session we focus on how to become the chosen recruiter for almost every role in every account with exclusivity. You’ll learn how to build strong, long-term client relationships and increase your billings by developing an account management strategy that nurtures existing clients and creates new opportunities.
