What this course covers

Leadership and culture

Define the kind of leader you want to be and make that visible across your team. You will create a leadership mission, clarify values and learn the simple, repeatable behaviours that make culture tangible day to day so people know what good looks like and why it matters.

Structure, rhythm and performance

Build the operating rhythms and accountability systems that prevent problems before they escalate. Practical templates for daily and weekly structure, ratio tracking and performance conversations give you the frameworks to diagnose issues quickly and keep the team delivering.

People development and hiring

Learn how to map career pathways, run focused training and coach for outcomes, then hire with discipline so every new person strengthens the team. You will leave with a skills framework, coaching tools and a hiring playbook that reduces wasted time while protecting candidate quality.

6 x 1 hour sessions, with coursework and activities to support leaders with embedding what they have learnt.

Leadership style & culture
This session helps you pin down your leadership mission and the behaviours that shape culture. You’ll audit how your day-to-day actions set expectations, practise a simple values exercise and create a short mission statement that anchors every team decision.
Structure & Accountability
We show why a lack of structure drives poor performance and how to fix it with straightforward operating rhythms. You’ll get tools for daily and weekly planning, ratio tracking and clear expectations so every consultant knows their tasks, measures and next steps.
Performance Management
This session focuses on spotting problems early, diagnosing root causes and running calm, effective performance conversations. Expect practical templates and a self-assessment approach to help you move people from underperformance to improvement without drama.
Retention & Training
You’ll learn how unclear progression creates disengagement and how to fix it with defined skills levels, linked training and coaching plans. The outcome is a clear development map for each role so training translates into measurable performance gains.
Time Management
This session tackles where leaders typically lose time and how to balance billings with leadership duties. Practical exercises and a business planning lens give you ways to protect your leadership hours, prioritise effectively and stay productive without sacrificing team outcomes.
Growing Your Team
