AI in Recruitment: What’s Actually Working in 2025

Overview:

This quarters session is a in-person roundtable for recruitment leaders who want a hands on look at what ChatGPT integrated with your existing systems can actually deliver. This 2 hour session is practical and fast: live connector demos, recruiter workflows and immediate pilot ideas you can start testing straight away.

We’ll cover:

  • Live demos of ChatGPT connected to the tools you use: Gmail, Outlook, Drive/OneDrive, Calendar, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Canva.
  • Practical recruiter workflows
  • How data actually flows: who authorises connectors, what data is shared, and the minimum scopes and controls to be mindful of.
  • Security and governance basics so you can pilot safely without exposing PI.
  • Quick connector start up demo and starter prompts you can run in the session.


You’ll leave with:

  • A one-page playbook of starter prompts, connector tests and pilot ideas you can adapt to your business.
  • Clear shortlists of high-ROI pilots, owners and simple success metrics.
  • Practical rules for IT and compliance so pilots don’t blow up.
  • Confidence in what to pilot, and what to avoid.
