This is a small-group, done-with-you workshop from 9am till 5pm. Each day is capped at 10 leaders/owners to ensure depth, clarity, and real progress.
 
You will need your laptop and a full day free of distractions. The agenda will adapt live in the room. This is not a rigid slide deck.
