We’ll explore:

  • Implementing a Performance Roadmap: How to put in place a clear framework for team success, covering effective planning, regular reviews, and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Productive Meetings: Strategies to make your team meetings truly impactful, driving action and engagement rather than just consuming time.
  • Avoiding Reactive Leadership: Learn techniques to get ahead of potential issues, ensuring your team stays focused on targets and performance before any dips occur.

Session 2: Performance Management/Conflict Resolution/Ratios & Tracking
