This course blends the psychology of effective leadership with practical tools to foster a cohesive, motivated, and high-achieving team culture.

Breakdown

3 live online sessions over 3 weeks, with additional coursework and activities to support your leaders with embedding what they have learnt.
Session 1: Weds 15th Jan @ 11am AEST: Defining your Leadership style and establishing team culture
This session teaches you to implement a proven roadmap for team performance, including planning, reviews, KPIs. We’ll discuss how to make meetings productive and avoid reactive leadership, helping you build a team that stays focused on goals before performance dips.
Session 2: Weds 22nd Jan @ 11am AEST: Performance Management/Conflict Resolution/Ratios & Tracking
We’ll walk through the process of effective performance management, from setting up formal PEPs to coaching for motivation. You’ll also learn how to provide feedback that’s clear yet encouraging, helping team members stay on track without feeling demoralised.
Session 3: Weds 29th Jan @ 11am AEST: Time Management For Billing Leaders
As a billing leader, managing time is everything. We’ll analyse your current schedule and suggest simple, strategic changes that free up around 30% of your week, giving you the bandwidth to focus on both your billing and team leadership responsibilities.
