Session 1: Tues 6th May @ 1pm (Melb/Syd): Identifying & Engaging the Right Talent
This week, we'll dive deep into the art of talent identification and engagement. You'll learn how to pinpoint your client market's sweet spots, going beyond generic roles to understand the specific skills and experience that are truly in demand, in any market. We'll equip you with advanced research techniques to target ideal candidate profiles and master the art of headhunting, enabling you to engage top-tier talent for exclusive representation. By the end of this session, you'll be able to confidently identify and connect with the most sought-after candidates in your market.
Session 2: Tues 13th May @ 1pm (Melb/Syd): Converting Talent into Placements
Now that you've identified top talent, it's time to convert that potential into placements. This week focuses on the critical steps of client engagement and candidate presentation. You'll learn how to intelligently engage with prospective clients, uncovering their hidden hiring needs and qualifying them effectively. We'll then delve into the art of candidate presentation, teaching you how to showcase your candidate in a way that generates excitement and creates interview opportunities. Walk away with the skills to confidently guide candidates through the hiring process and turn connections into successful placements.
