Selling exclusivity comes up ALOT for Recruiters- but actually, as we discuss in this week’s poddy, it isn’t about selling exclusivity, it’s about selling your PROCESS and then securing exclusivity. This statement alone was enough to give Laura the ‘recruitment shivers’ as she calls it, which confused Ez no end and we got off track for a bit before pulling it back and hopefully giving you guys some insight as to how we sell short term exclusivity that requires minimal commitment from the client. 💪🏼
